Mason Jar Salad

Genius!  My sister in law shared this with me and even gave me the jars!  How awesome and so healthy!!

So, this is my lunch today. Yumo!  The dressing is store bought but you could totally use the Spinach and Herb Dip Mix to make a fantastic homemade dressing that is totally low cal and super delish!
